MATRIX provides a one year warranty from delivery – the warranty includes:
- Unlimited phone support and troubleshooting during the working hours
- Ongoing software upgrades
- Replacement of any malfunctioning parts
This Limited Warranty does not include:
Damage to product resulting from accident or disaster, misuse or abuse, modification or alteration, any attempted unauthorized repairs;
or costs to MATRIX to service or repair the product on site at the customer.
